Former Miss Universe beauty pageant winner Olivia Culpo said that she was told by American Airlines to “cover up” before her flight to Cabo San Lucas or she wouldn’t be allowed to board the plane
The Rhode Island native’s sister, Aurora, said that airline officials asked Olivia to cover up before she boarded the flight to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with Olivia’s boyfriend, NFL Panther’s star running back Christian McCaffrey.
“They call her up to the desk and tell her that she needs to put a blouse on, otherwise she can’t get on the plane,” Aurora said on Instagram Stories, “Tell me is that not so fucked up.”
Aurora posted a video her sister Olivia, 29, wearing a long black cardigan but showing her sports bra, along with biker shorts and a face mask. “Olivia and I are going to Cabo and look at her outfit,” she continued, “She looks cute. She looks appropriate. No?”
A woman that was wearing an even lower cut top than Olivia, but was allowed on the plane, said, “That’s weird.”
McCaffrey gave his sweatshirt to Culpo, who was then allowed to board the airline, so all ended well for the happy travelers. Although McCaffrey said he was freezing on the airplane.
